This is only on the Other Programs record view instead of the Academic, requiring this query to be run for the current summer school classification. Check the query and batch updated the two fields: Enrollment Strategy and Availability Method to Paid Registrations where necessary. Also verify the Course Type is set to Academic; update if necessary and that Catalog Item is set to Summer School (minus exceptions, see below).
Financial-Aid Discounts
For freshman students taking PE or Health over the summer, they can be eligible for a financial-aid discount, only if they are receiving financial-aid in the upcoming school year. The discount rate can range from 10% to 50%, in increments of 10 for PE and/or Health class. Admissions will provide the list of students at each discount point to add the profile code to.
