Moving a student from one section to another of the SAME course
**This is the procedure if no grades have been entered in the old section for the student
Go to the Other Programs homepage.
Run a Find Program Classes query (use fields to narrow results), and open the class record of the section the student is leaving.
Locate the student’s enrollment in the middle of the page. Enter a withdrawal date (make sure it is before the class begin date) for that student, and click Update.
Go back to the Find Program Classes query results and open the class record of the new section.
Click “Add Record”, and enter the student’s last name, first name, and click the search icon (you can also hit “tab” to click on the search icon) The student name will fill in from the database.
Click “Update”.
Pop-out the new student’s enrollment record (square with an arrow).
Click the “Other” tab.
Click the “Fee Paid” box (to Yes), click Update.
