To Delete a Transcript Release Checklist Item Submission

- Go to the Admission Candidate Changes page
- Click on Admission Portal
- Click on the Recommendation Forms tab
- Click on the “Academic Transcript Request” hyperlink
- Click on the All Submissions tab
- Change the “Processing Status” to “Do Not Process” for the submission you want to delete
- Click Update
- Pop out the record you want to delete
- Click the “+” menu, and choose delete
- Click on the All Requests tab
- Change the “Request Status” to “Cancelled” for the request you want to delete
- Click Update
- Pop out the record you want to delete
- Click the “+” menu, and choose delete
