When a registrant signs up for one group event, but then needs to be switched to another group event that is part of the same registration, follow these instructions.

  1. If the event has a dollar value, verify that the person has paid for the event.
    1. Open the group event the person had initial registered for and click on Ticket Sold under Event Registration on the left.
    2. Find the paying person and verify the Payment Status field says Payment Received
  2. Update the original group event attendance.
    1. Click on Event Attendance, under Event Attendance on the left.
    2. Locate the registrant and update their Attendance Status to Did not Attend.
    3. In the Notes field type the group event moved to with your initials after.  
    4. Click the Update button in the upper right. 
    5. Click the yellow lighting bolt in the upper right.
    6. Select Update Student Attendance.
    7. Close box. 
  3.  Update the group event attendance they will be attending. 
    1. Find the group event using the Find Group Event search
    2. Click on Event Attendance, under Event Attendance on the left.
    3. Locate the registrant and update their Attendance Status to Confirmed.
    4. In the Notes field type the group event moved from with your initials after. 
    5. Click the Update button in the upper right. 
    6. Click the yellow lighting bolt in the upper right.
    7. Select Update Student Attendance.
    8. Close box.
