Email and SMS Preferences
In the Parent Portal you have flexibility of updating your own email and SMS preferences. You can decide what information you receive from Carmel, and what information you may not want to receive.
From the Parent Portal home screen, click on the button on the right labeled Email Preferences.
Our communication is grouped into what we call Channels. From here you can expand the category and see the channels, by clicking on the arrow.
If you wish to unsubscribe from a channel, simply remove the check mark, by clicking the check box, and you will then see a confirmation message appear, confirming your change.
