Issue: When a parent goes to pay an enrollment fee, it does now show up on the contract even though they have not paid yet.
Possible Cause: Switching between future student and applicant repeatedly. Also accepting transfer student and parent completing Online Enrollment in the same day (article).
Resolution: Go to Rocket Ship > General > Reporting; click on Find Reports, and select the Online Pay (YY-YY) and click the green Update button.

Then got to Rocket Ship > Registration > Online Enrollment; and depending on the student either run the Find Re-Enrollment or Find New Enrollment for the student. Click View Detail from the record on the result screen. In the record click the yellow lighting bolt, and run the procedure Reset Contract Data.
