Issue: Student has been re-admitted to Carmel, but after changing to student to enrolled parent can select a payment plan as the checkboxes are greyed out.
Cause: Student had their re-enrollment checklist created before they withdrew.
Resolution: When the student was reinstated as a "new" student, they had a new enrollment checklist created by the system. So they will have the Enrollment Intentions checklist item (which is only on the re-enrollment checklist) incomplete, which would not allow the contract to be opened. You must delete the Enrollment Intentions checklist item.
Also check to see if the student still has an exit date on their record. If so, the exit date has to be moved to the Date Withdrawn field on his enrollment history record for year, before you can create an enrollment history record for the next year.
