**Head coaches, if you want additional assistant coaches to have accounts and access to the portal, please email veracross@carmelhs.org.
Your teams can now be tracked in the faculty portal. You can view your rosters, email your athletes and/or their parents directly, and track who has paid their athletic fees. Additional functionality will continue to be added.
External coaches
You will receive a Welcome Email from Veracross inviting you to choose a password and log in to the faculty portal. Once you set up your account, please bookmark the portal link: portals.veracross.com/carmelhs
All coaches
To find your teams, go to the "Teams" tab in the "All Classes" section:
To see your team roster, click on the team name. To email your athletes or their parents, click on "Contact".
To check who has paid their athletic fee, click on the brown button. Paid athletes are listed as "Confirmed"; unpaid athletes are listed as "Invited".
For camps
Follow the same instructions for teams EXCEPT click on the "Programs" tab instead of the "Teams" tab to see your camps listed. The students who signed up for the free week of camp are listed in the last group. They can be added together with the students who registered for the same week and paid.
If you have trouble logging into your account or if you try to email athletes/parents from the portal, and it does not go directly to your default email, please contact veracross@carmelhs.org for assistance.
