This is for adding a Public HPU form to an Event Registration Form.

 

  1. You first need to have an HPU form for the situation (there is no “+Add” option for these in the system, but you can make your own by just going into one of the existing available HPU forms and making a copy of the record then renaming it and setting the Context to “Public”):

 

 

  1. From an Event Registration Form Record, you will then go to the “Questions” tab and add a record with the Field Type of “Household Profile Information”, then use the pop out arrow to go into the record:

 

 

  1. Once in the record, you can define the HPU form being used:

 

 

  1. Now, it can be available in a public Event Registration Form for people to add more information to their person record that is going to generate!:
